Q Sheet Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Q Sheet is a workout-leader app published by Dane Bonnigson (ZenFrog LLC). This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: nothing leaves your phone.
What the app stores
- The F3 name, AO, and phone-man name you type into Settings.
- Your favorite workouts.
- The workout you are leading right now: checklist ticks, PAX count, names you enter, and COT notes.
- Backblasts you save when you finish a workout.
All of this is stored only on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. We have no servers, accounts, analytics, advertising, or tracking.
Names of other people
If you type other men's names into the COT, they stay on your device. They leave the device only if you choose to copy or share a backblast, and then only to the place you pick.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders on your phone when a workout phase is about to end. These are created on the device; no notification service receives your data.
Deleting your data
Delete any saved backblast from More → Backblast history. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
